Marriage service
In front of the "Der Dom" and this is not the street painter who often there when the weather good and draw a copy of famous painting on the street but this is a 'hen-night' of a girl who will get married soon. The ladies with same T-shirt are her friends who in charge on her to do silly things. Do you have also in your country this kind of fun & crazy moment before you say good bye to your single life? watch out what she draw... ;-)
Nice weekend everyone!

Yes, in our country, 52 years ago when my wife, Patty, and I got married, a group of people "belled us." That means they made all kinds of noise ringing giant bells and dragging cans behind cars. They put us together in the back of a truck and took us to a large town and drove around at night with us in the back and the trucks were in a row and they all blowed their hornes. It was quite an experience. They also put cereal in the bed sheets.
They don't do that now. It is a part of our history.
I like your photograph.
I just discovered a earlier that two baby robins have left the nest. Or one is still there. I have photographed those and will show them on Monday.

Thanks inspired
4 Abe,that's really fun memory of you and Patty.Mine was without hen-night coz we married in other town. It's pity that now days they don't do that in your town. Here after the ceremony you allow also to blows your horn around the city, just make as noisy as they can!
Unfortunately we don't have anything like this and it's a pity because I like it so much !!!
I think i'm too shy to enjoy such a thing...
Wonderful to know about this unique custom, which is more kind of tradtional in our country...Nice shots!
Thank you for the comment,Fabrizio,Alice and Kalyan
IN Chicago, the bridesmaids take the bride out on the town---this means for dinner, drinks and fun--the bride wears a veil everywhere they go and people know she is getting married. It's very cute. When I was in Paris...I saw the same thing. very fun.
Sarah and Sonia former contributers to San Antonio Daily Photo had similar nights before their weddings. I didn't do Sarah's but I heard about it. Sonia's hen night started at home, continued at Dick's and then went on to the Suede Lounge.
I like so much perfomers on the streets. To me its one of the best attractions of large cities.
