Wurst und Co.
In all public event in Germany,this kind of food will never be absent. Grill sausages and grill fresh meat and as friends to them will be "Brötchen" the unsalted bread or potatoes and French fries and not to forget,mustard or ketchup to be added.

I must say I really enjoyed eating german sausages and schnitzel whilst in germany not to mention all the other nice cakes and pastries and bread and beer etc..etc.... and wine oh I can't stop now ;)

We are going to Madison Wisconsin the first weekend of Sept and it is Bratwurst weekend there. I can hardly wait! I LOVE brats.....
Oh how I miss good würtschen! Aussies could take a lesson from the Germans... I cannot tolerate the sausages here. Even in the US they are far superior to those Down Under.
